Kia is showcasing a nine-strong line-up of eight individual models available to test drive for this year’s Company Car in Action, held at Millbrook Proving Ground from June 11-12.

Kia’s all-new Carens compact MPV with up to seven-seats, which went on sales in the UK this spring, is available to test drive along with the efficient Picanto 1.0 2 68bhp with emissions of 99 g/km and the compact Sportage 1.7 CRDI SUV.

The Kia Rio 1.1 CRDi 1 with low CO2 emissions at just 85 g/km and 88.3 mpg will line-up alongside the all-new Kia Proceed, launched earlier this year, achieving 0-60mph in 11.5 seconds and returning 74.3 mpg on the combined cycle, while two models from Ceed range will be available to drive.

The biggest fleet industry event attracts up to 1,000 fleet decision-makers who will also be able to experience the latest Sorento as a KX2 CRDi manual.

The completely enhanced model improves safety, comfort, luxury and driving dynamics while lowering fuel consumption, emissions and running costs.

All models now have permanent all-wheel drive system and are powered by a revised version of Kia’s 2.2-litre CRDi turbodiesel engine achieving class-leading fuel economy and CO2 emissions of 47.9 mpg and 155 g/km (manual) – improvements of 5.7 mpg and 22 g/km over the outgoing model.

Fleet operators can register to take part in the event at www.companycarinaction.com.
