Ramsay Health Care launches salary sacrifice scheme

Ramsay Health Care UK, provider of independent hospital services in England, has launched a salary sacrifice car scheme through Zenith.

The scheme is available to 3,000 eligible employees from Ramsay Health Care UK’s 36 private facilities.

The hospital group has a strong focus on its employees and chose to add the scheme to its existing benefits package to assist in the attraction, retention and motivation of its highly skilled workforce.

Key benefits for employees include a hassle-free all-inclusive car package, tax savings and fixed costs, with no deposit payable.

Sarah Browne, head of HR from Ramsay Health Care UK, said: “We selected Zenith as our provider due to its extensive experience, advanced online systems, high quality service provision, dedicated support and ability to completely mitigate any financial risks involved.

"We have had a lot of interest in the scheme already and expect it to help us with our recruitment and retention strategy, as well as increase overall employee engagement.”
