Jaama is the industry’s leading fleet management software innovator.  Its multi-award winning, web based Key2 Management system is a totally integrated vehicle, asset, driver and workshop management solution covering all aspects of fleet management from acquisition to disposal vehicles, plant and asset related equipment.

As a certified Microsoft® Gold development partner, Jaama use the latest technology to provide its world-wide customer base with cost control, improved integration, operational and administrative efficiencies, simplified management reporting and legislative compliance.

Jaama, in partnership with its vehicle fleet customers, is focused on promoting best practice and is committed to raising standards and providing practical solutions to fleet operators to ensure they meet their driver health and safety responsibilities under compliance regulations.  This commitment was demonstrated when it became the first fleet software company  to partner the Freight Transport Association’s Van Excellence scheme and the first fleet software company to become an associate member of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) - a voluntary scheme for fleet operators aimed at raising the quality of fleet operations to levels compliant with a national standard. FORS was launched by Transport for London (TfL) in 2008 to improve road safety and help reduce the wider environmental and traffic impacts of freight and fleet operations. In January 2016, TfL appointed AECOM to expand FORS across the UK, in a move to allow more fleet operators to benefit from consistent operating standards.

Providing vehicle and driver management software systems to a wide range of public and private sector car and commercial vehicle fleets as well as leasing and rental companies that operate fleets ranging from city cars to HGVs, Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “fleet operators need class leading software that copes with the complexities of the operation.  Key2 is proven to help control costs, ensure legislative compliance, optimise fleet performance, reduce risk and significantly improve operating efficiencies.”

“Technology is a major aid to making fleet administration easier for fleet managers and ensuring vehicles are operating in tip-top condition and comply with legislation.

“As well as Key2 technology delivering financial savings and improved operating efficiencies, businesses using the software are generating administration benefits as fleet department employees become more productive. This means they are able to turn their attentions to other more strategic management areas as a consequence of the time savings generated by Key2.”

Critically, Jaama’s Key2 fleet management technology has the capability to interface with existing software systems used by finance, HR and procurement departments and with systems operated by third parties including the DVLA enabling customers to further improve efficiencies through online business transactions such as driver licence validation checks.

Continual advancements in functionality of the core web-based Key2 software system ensures excellent customer retention; however the company is not resting on its laurels and continues to invest to ensure delivery of cutting-edge asset and driver management solutions to businesses.

Jaama’s industry expertise coupled with on-going partnerships and the desire to deliver further product enhancements to meet the demands of its growing customer base, means new solutions are regularly launched to the point where the company continues to lead a fleet management technology revolution.

Jaama customers include: Amey, DHL Express, DHL International, Interserve, JCT 600 Contracts, Luton Borough Council, MITIE, Prohire, Sheffield Insulation Group, Speedy and Serco.
