Addison Lee acquires Cyclone VIP Cars & Couriers

Addison Lee has announced the acquisition of Cyclone VIP Cars & Couriers – an executive car and courier service based in Camden, London.

With a large fleet of vehicles, ranging from luxury cars to top-quality couriers, the purchase of Cyclone aims to bolster Addison Lee’s service offering across the capital, while strengthening its strong position in the London private-hire market.

Cyclone, was formed in 1985 and partners with approximately 100 drivers to service corporate clients all over London. This latest acquisition is Addison Lee’s 9th in five years.

Liam Griffin, chief executive officer of Addison Lee, said: “We are very pleased to announce Addison Lee’s acquisition of Cyclone - a company that, like ourselves, prides itself on offering customers a premium service alongside assured performance.

“Following the launch of Addison Lee Eco and rollout of complimentary 4G Wi-Fi across our fleet this acquisition further demonstrates our continued investment to deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers.”
