Suzuki has appointed BCA Fleet Solutions to manage its company car services.

The contract will see BCA provide handover and vehicle collection services along with the defleet and refurbishment.

Paresh Tailor, logistics manager automobile division for Suzuki, said: “BCA combines an experienced and professional team with some industry-leading technology, which gives us peace of mind that our vehicles and employees are in good hands.”

The contract deploys BCA’s interactive platform, iSight, providing real-time transparency of processes, inventory data and online authorisation to drive stock management efficiency. The vehicle delivery is made by a handover specialist who is trained on the key aspects of each vehicle.

Suzuki is targeting strong growth in the UK with the launch of the latest Swift supermini and aims to reach annual volumes of 20,000-plus for the car.

Mark Hindley, sales director for BCA, added: “Vehicles are collected with a detailed point of collection appraisal that includes multiple images to record vehicle condition and minimise disputes."
