City Auction Group has introduced 10 new nationwide defleet centres to complement its remarketing hubs at Rockingham and Belfast.

The new defleet centres are in London E15, Glasgow, Hartlepool, Stoke, Doncaster, Colchester, Bristol, Omagh, Dublin and Cork, Republic of Ireland, and aim to enable corporate vendors and major dealer groups to allocate vehicles from any region of the UK and Ireland, prior to movement to Rockingham, or Belfast.

Michael Tomalin, managing director of City Auction Group, said: "These new defleet centres will enable us to increase the volume of quality vehicles that we offer at our twice weekly auctions.

"It will also drive more dealers to our state-of-the-art auction centres, enhancing the conversion rates and financial return, for our corporate vendors.

"It’s our vision for both Rockingham and Belfast to manage the processes, to ensure a comprehensive service for the corporate client, covering every aspect, including management of inspection and preparation of vehicles for third-party online suppliers."
