Autoglass has launched a new integrated online tool with insurance partner Aviva, enabling customers to make a windscreen insurance claim through the MyAviva portal.
The increased digital collaboration between the two companies allows Aviva customers, using their MyAviva portal, to make a windscreen glass claim with a one-step online process, increasing the speed and ease of the process.
This is the first time Aviva Insurance has partnered with a supplier to create a fully integrated digital pathway using MyAviva.
Autoglass’ head of digital Ed Colley said: “People are increasingly organising their busy lives using their smartphones and this collaboration enables people to make a claim on their smartphone or desktop in a matter of minutes, wherever they might be.
“The response from motorists using the new integrated tool is positive and we hope it will streamline windscreen claims for even more Aviva customers during 2019.”
