FMG has announced that it has entered into a three-year contract with Momentum, providing an insurance broker claims management service.

The partnership will offer the AR network a claims management service provision through FMG, and will see  the company launch ‘Momentum Claims’ to its appointed representative network.

Momentum Motor Claims has been designed to offer the provision of end-to-end claims management services, including first notification of loss, third party capture and uninsured loss recovery.

The solution is aimed at streamlining the claims process for customers, with FMG’s claims management system Ingenium, being tailored to suit the requirements of Momentum’s customer base.

FMG’s sales director Andrew Chandler (pictured) said: “The partnership is further testament to our long-standing reputation as experts within the claims management arena. We look forward to developing a successful and rewarding relationship.”

Momentum and its AR members can check on all claims progress at any time via a web-based customised portal, providing a full view of key data including claim validation, status updates and a suite of reports.

Momentum’s business development director Alistair Body said: “Our desire to continually add value to our members and their customers is a pillar of our philosophy.

“Our growth is aligned to how successful our members are, so continually investing back into the business, whether through initiatives based around innovation, infrastructure or personnel, brings benefits for all parties.

“Our choice to partner with FMG was based on the exceptional reputation they have built within the claims management arena.

“Partnering with a provider that has a proven track record in providing the highest standards of support to intermediaries like ourselves, and one which offers a bespoke service solution with the flexibility to meet our specific requirements, means we can offer a real tangible value-add for our members.”
