Teletrac Navman has secured a new deal with Lister Wilder to help the company manage the efficiency and safety of its fleet of nearly 100 vehicles.

The new deal will see the fleet of Lister Wilder – which specialises in supplying and maintaining machinery for the agriculture, groundcare, construction and arboriculture industries – benefit from a range of tools through Teletrac Navman’s connected fleet management platform, Director.

The implementation includes tracking, to provide an overview of vehicle location and performance. Moreover, the business will also be able to accurately monitor driver behaviour, so safer driving practises can be implemented to reduce risks when out on the roads, it says.

Scott Hutchins, UK VP sales at Teletrac Navman, said: “The productivity and safety of drivers is a top priority for fleet operators, so we are delighted to be helping a local, family-owned business improve its fleet’s operational effectiveness, by providing the solutions needed to manage a large numbers of vehicles.”

Neil Davis, service director at Lister Wilder, added: “This new solution will give us the best foundation to deliver consistently strong services, as well as having full transparency of our workforce, so we can increase maintenance efficiency and significantly reduce operational disruptions.

“We look forward to a long-standing relationship with Teletrac Navman and await the many benefits of using such sophisticated fleet management solutions.”
