Maxus has pulled the wraps off its latest electric van, the eDeliver 5, which boasts a 208-mile driving range.

The new medium-sized van is powered by a 64kWh battery and a 163PS electric motor.

Two versions are available: L1H1 and L2H1. They offer load capacities of 6.6 cubic metres and 7.6 cubic metres, respectively.

A maximum payload of 1,200Kg applies to either variant.

There are two barn doors at the rear and a sliding door on each side.

The standard specification includes adaptive cruise control and a 360-degree camera system. There is also a fully-connected infotainment system with optional telematics services.

Pricing for the eDeliver 5 starts at £34,000 (ex VAT) and the vehicle is available to order now. First deliveries are expected in August.
