All Fleet Services has appointed Jon Burdekin as director of customer relations.

With more than 20-year’s industry relevant experience – 15 of which were spent in senior management with Alphabet, he will be responsible for further developing partnerships with All Fleet Services’ clients.

Jon Burdekin (pictured left), said: “Having worked with the business as a client in the past, I have always been impressed by the quality of customer service that the business offers and I am very much looking forward to developing their reputation for this even further.”

Burdekin will be working alongside managing director Dave Scobie, sales director Chris Hart and director of online services, Dan Mallier.

Dave Scobie (pictured right), managing director, said: “He is going to be a fantastic addition and will give us exactly the right kind of strong focus on customer relationships that the business needs to take it to the next level.  As we transition the business from being a people based business supported by technology to a technology-based business supported by people, we are in a great position to add even more value to our clients. With Jon leading this side of the business, we will have a phenomenally strong combination of technology, people, industry expertise and passion for customer service.”
