Auto Windscreens starts recruitment drive for newly launched elite technician division

Auto Windscreens elite technician division

Auto Windscreens has launched its new elite technician division and recruitment drive to find the “crème de la crème” in automotive glass repair.

The new division has seen a recruitment drive spanning across the UK to find technicians already skilled or find the “up and coming stars” with potential to be the best.

The opportunity is open to internal and external candidates and key benefits include industry leading basic pay, unique uniform, an annual event to say thank you and celebrate their success and rewards on re-qualification.

Auto Windscreens’s managing director Rupert Armitage said: “We already have a fantastic team and the elite technician division is building on a great foundation; it will further encourage development for our existing techs and entice new stars of the future.”
