Hitachi Capital appoints head of contract management

Hitachi Capital Commercial Vehicle Services has appointed Lucy Hill to the new role of head of contract management. The position has been created to manage the expansion of the Commercial Vehicle Services business following several new customer wins and recent acquisitions.

The appointment is a promotion for Hill who joined Hitachi Capital in 2003 and has since built her career within the company in financial management roles whilst achieving her Chartered Management Accountant qualification. Hill brings to her appointment an in-depth knowledge of Hitachi Capital as a business and a keen strategic financial view.

Commenting on the appointment, Jon Lawes, divisional managing director at Hitachi Capital Commercial Vehicle Services, says: “We are always delighted to promote our talented staff and following a comprehensive internal and external recruitment process, Lucy was undoubtedly the best person for the role. We look forward to welcoming her onto the senior management team.”
