Neil Williamson announced as Seat UK director

On 1 February Neil Williamson will take his place as Director of SEAT UK, reporting to Volkswagen Group UK managing director Simon Thomas.

At the same time, the current Seat UK director, Peter Wyhinny, will begin a new role as director of Seat Italy.

Neil joins SEAT UK from the Mercedes-Benz Retail Group. Before his time at Mercedes-Benz UK, Neil worked in senior sales and marketing roles for Nissan, both in the UK and internationally.

Simon Thomas said "I'm delighted to welcome Neil to the Group. He will bring significant dealer and manufacturer experience to Seat UK, to continue the growth started by Peter Wyhinny. I would like to congratulate Peter on his new role and thank him for achieving record sales and market share for Seat UK."
