QBE has signed a three-year fully outsourced contract with incident management specialists FMG. 

FMG will provide end-to-end delegated claims management services for QBE’s substantial portfolio of UK motor fleet customers.

As part of the deal, FMG will provide a 24/7/365 First Notification of Loss solution, UK-wide repair management and a suite of third party capture services. 

FMG will be working with QBE, their brokers and customers to improve incident reporting times and optimise the entire claims management life-cycle.
