QBE select incident management specialist FMG

QBE has signed a three-year fully outsourced contract with incident management specialists FMG.

FMG will provide end-to-end delegated claims management services for QBE’s substantial portfolio of UK motor fleet customers.

As part of the deal, FMG will provide a 24/7/365 First Notification of Loss solution, UK-wide repair management and a suite of third party capture services.

FMG will be working with QBE, their brokers and customers to improve incident reporting times and optimise the entire claims management life-cycle.

Peter Cox, motor supply manager at QBE, said:  “QBE were looking for a partner who could deliver the right balance between consistently high standards of service and significant control of our total cost of claims.

“Our thorough review process enabled us to assess the true ability of all potential partners and FMG clearly demonstrated their market leading position, proven track record and strong focus on incident prevention.

“They really were the ‘stand out’ partner of choice for QBE and our customers”

John Catling, CEO of FMG, said: “Securing this partnership with QBE is another significant achievement for FMG, which enables us to further demonstrate our 25 year plus incident management expertise, on yet another big stage.

“In today’s market, where many providers appear to offer similar services and solutions, this win is testament to the experience of our people, the quality of our supply partners and our intelligent use of innovative technology.”

FMG has a long history of efficient incident resolution for a variety of insurers, blue chip private companies and public sector organisations.

FMG says its continued strategic focus on incident prevention, reducing the total cost of claims and delivering exceptional customer service; have been core to its successful retention of customers and continued organic growth.
