Gravells Kia has supplied a fleet of 15 Kia Sportages to be used at Cardiff Airport for the Nato Summit in Newport, Wales.

The Sportages will primarily be used to greet arriving international dignitaries and transport them to their official cars for onward travel.

Following their arrival at Cardiff Airport on September 3, the dignitaries will be ferried in Kia Sportages, all at spec ‘2’ and ‘3’ level and offering a panoramic sun roof, dual air conditioning and sporting 17’ alloy wheels.

Jonathan Gravell, managing director of Gravells, said: ‘We are extremely proud to be able to provide Kia Sportages to Cardiff Airport to help transport leaders from all round the world to their official cars when they arrive. It’s been a real team effort to get the 15 Kia Sportages in time for the Summit and it’s great to see such a buzz in the local area. All eyes will be on Newport as the world leaders gather at the Celtic Manor and we’re certain the Sportages will provide them with a warm welcome to the UK.’
