Budget to offer car hire at two more Tesco stores

Budget Car Rental will continue its partnership with Tesco by offering car hire services at two more stores in the London area.

The service will enable customers to pick up a hire car from their local store before heading off on their weekend away.

Budget has launched in four Tesco locations so far – Harlow (Essex), Haverhill (Suffolk), Wembley (London) and Hodge Hill (Birmingham).

Two new hubs are scheduled to open at London Tesco branches – Yeading and Waltham Abbey - this month.

Budget car hire cabins will be situated in the car parks of the selected Tesco stores and will operate seven days a week.

Mark Servodidio, managing director at Budget UK, said: “At Budget, we’re dedicated to offering our customers a flexible and convenient service that is as efficient as possible, and this partnership is further evidence of our commitment to making our customers lives easier.

"More than ever, people want flexibility and practicality, so being able to pick up a car for your weekend away at the same place you can pick up all your last minute essentials is ideal.”
