Citroën has unveiled the first images of all-new C3 Aircross, which is larger than its predecessor, offering seven seats, and will include an electric option for the first time.

Arriving in the summer, the new C3 Aircross is 4.39 metres long, 20cm longer than the first-generation car giving it the capacity to accommodate up to seven people.

Like the Citroën C3 supermini and the Vauxhall Frontera, it is based on the same Stellantis Smart Car platform.

Citroën has not revealed pricing or which powertrains will be offered for the new C3 Aircross but says that it will come with “electrified offerings from hybrid to 100% electric”.

More information about the all-new C3 Aircross will be shared closer to its official launch in the summer, it says.
