The UK’s leading fleet exhibition and seminar show has opened its doors to hundreds of fleet decision-makers at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham.
Taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday (October 3 and 4), Fleet and Mobility Live boasts 18 seminar sessions and more than 30 expert speakers.
Fleet decision-makers have the opportunity to learn, connect and share experiences on key topics like electrification, cost control, taxation, insurance, safety and more.
Not only is there a packed schedule of panels and presentations, but delegates also have access to the largest collection of innovative fleet and mobility suppliers under one roof all for free.
This includes big leasing suppliers like ALD LeasePlan and Arval, EV infrastructure specialists SMS, as well as new electric vehicles (EVs) to explore from brands like Ford, BMW, Mini, MG and GWM Ora.

Three seminar theatres
The EV Theatre is back and bigger than ever for 2023 and will see fleets of all sizes share their story on their path to electrification, with advice on charging, driver buy-in, reimbursements, alternative fuel strategies and more.
The Fleet & Mobility Theatre will help delegates learn all about the latest operational strategies and developments across areas including safety, efficiency, cost control, driver recruitment, compliance and future fleet operating models.
The Finance & Benefits Box Theatre is for fleets and those in the HR, benefits, finance and procurement sectors who also have responsibility for taking care of company car and van drivers.
This theatre includes special sessions focused on helping those in attendance with tips and the latest thinking on areas such as fleet insurance, salary sacrifice, fleet benefits, taxation and total cost of ownership.
Tomorrow's Fleet
The Tomorrow's Fleet area that showcases some of the latest innovations that will shape the future of fleet and logistics. This includes new commercial hydrogen vehicles, solar last might delivery vehicles and innovative charging solutions that fleets can adopt to help with their electrification strategies.
