KeyFleet, the the Preston-based vehicle leasing and fleet management specialist, has signed a three-year deal with FMG to provide incident management services.

The new service, eventually covering over 2,000 vehicles, provides KeyFleet’s clients with access an incident management system including first notification of loss, uninsured loss recovery and nationwide repair management.

FMG provide incident and claims management services on behalf of private blue chip fleets, leasing providers and fleet insurers and brokers. It specialises in reducing the total cost of claims through the management and streamlining of the incident resolution process.

Marc Mcloughlin, KeyFleet managing director, said: “We understand that operating a fleet is a sizeable task and more businesses are looking to outsource the day to day running of their fleet to KeyFleet in order to focus on their core business.

“This incident management solution from FMG means customers gain access to the best repairers in the fleet market and every aspect of their incident claim is efficiently managed in-house.
