Trimble to sponsor Brake Fleet Safety Awards 2018

Brake has announce that its 2018 Annual Fleet Safety Awards will be sponsored by Trimble Field Service Management.

Brake’s Fleet Safety Awards recognise the achievements of those working to reduce the number of crashes involving at-work drivers, bringing together fleet operators and suppliers to celebrate and share best practice in managing road risk.

The deadline for entering the 2018 Fleet Safety Awards has now passed with the judging of entries to begin shortly.

Trimble Field Service Management provides technology solutions to improve driver safety through a combination of in-vehicle hardware, real-time reporting and alerts, and a mobile app for quick driver safety updates.

Sarah Plumb, senior fleet officer at Brake, said: “We are incredibly excited to announce Trimble as one of our headline sponsors for our 2018 Fleet Safety Awards. It is fantastic to partner with such a prominent organisation who share our commitment to improving employee safety on the road.”

Richard Kent, enterprise account director at Trimble, said: “The awards are a great way to celebrate and recognise those who demonstrate superior safety practices, many of which are Trimble customers.

“We are committed to working alongside organisations like Brake and our valued customers to continue development of technology designed to improve fleet safety.”

The awards take place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on October 11, 2018.
