FMG is celebrating a number of its insurance claims handlers attaining their Cert CII core professional insurance qualification.

It recently boosted it numbers of Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) graduates by investing in a 12-day intensive course, delivered on-site at FMG’s headquarters building, FMG House.

FMG’s head of insurance services Robin Lang said: “Whilst claims management is a complex and demanding environment, FMG continues to excel, which is largely due to the experience, technical ability and insurance industry knowledge within our team.

“Our ongoing investment in staff training plays a major role in staff engagement, and this intensive training course has proven to be a highly successful and appealing way to study.”

The Cert CII qualification, which takes approximately 12 months to complete via the traditional self-study route, was provided by Harrogate-based Professional Insurance Training .
