innogy eMobility UK appoints Nissan’s Karl Anders as managing director

Former Nissan Fleet national EV manager Karl Anders has been appointed as managing director of innogy eMobility UK.

The appointment is part the international growth plans of innogy eMobility Solutions – of which Innogy eMobility UK is a subsidiary company - which include boosting its involvement in the UK market.

Stefan von Dobschutz, CCO of innogy eMobility Solutions, said: “I am very pleased to have secured an acknowledged expert in the British electric vehicle sector as our managing director.

“With his excellent networks and extensive experience, he is well placed to expand the growth of our eMobility business in the United Kingdom.

“With Karl at the helm and our innovative solutions, we can now hit the ground running in the UK.”

Innogy eMobility UK acts as a technology and service provider with an eMobility hardware and software portfolio.

The company is a supplier to several major automobile manufacturers and has already started the roll out for the Audi UK dealer network.
