Fleet Logistics Group has appointed experienced senior manager, Oliver Stockhecke, as its new chief sales officer (CSO).

As a member of the senior executive team, Stockhecke (pictured) will oversee all international sales and key account management activities, as well as supporting the country organisations in their local efforts.

Stockhecke has more than 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with roles encompassing senior management, aftersales, in-house consulting, international business development and key account manager in the corporate sales division.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining such a renowned international fleet management provider as Fleet Logistics at this important stage of its development in what is a completely new role.

“We will, of course, continue the focus on the further development of our core fleet management services to the benefit of our customers. But we will also be turning our attention to the development of new and innovative mobility services to supply new customers in new markets – which is very exciting for us.”

Prior to joining Fleet Logistics, Stockhecke worked in various senior management roles across continents at BMW Group.

The new appointment follows the re-organisation of the fleet management company, that also saw the new appointment of Steffen Schick as the company’s new chief executive officer (CEO) and Christophe Martinet as its new country head for France in recent weeks.

Schick said: “In welcoming Oliver to our senior team within the business, we are confident that, given his outstanding sales record, he will prove to be a major asset.

“And I trust that his substantial sales experience and positive spirit will leave a mark on Fleet Logistics Group as an organisation, with major contributions to both our top and bottom lines.”
