The third and final of Renault's current trilogy of concept cars was dubbed a robo-vehicle by the manufacturer at its unveiling at the 2018 Paris Motor Show.

The Ez-Ultimo is a premium ride-hailing car, 'a mobile lounge' incorporating wood, marble and leather, for use in ride-hailing, on-demand, for between an hour and a day.

Renault said at the show, it believes customers will want more enriched on-board experiences, freed from having to drive by the vehicle's connected autonomy.

So the car is equipped with Augmented Editorial Experience (AEX), a "realistic immersive experience which combines personalised premium contentm multi-media experiences and mobility", turning travl into a learning experience.

Renault's previous EZ concepts are the EZ-GO car and EZ-PRO van.
