James Hopkins appointed MD BCA Fleet Solutions

BCA has announced the appointment of James Hopkins as the new managing director of BCA Fleet Solutions, effective from November 27.

Hopkins is currently the director of BCA Group Solutions and brings with him a broad knowledge of the automotive sector having worked in a diverse number of roles across the whole supply chain including remarketing, fleet operations, leasing, financial services and captive insurance.  He has held senior roles for companies such as Mazda UK and Europe, Ford and LeasePlan.

Ian Carlisle, Divisional CEO of BCA Services, said: “We are delighted that James will be taking on this important role as MD of BCA Fleet Solutions.  His knowledge and understanding of BCA’s full value chain of automotive supply will be critical as we continue to develop intelligent, joined-up solutions for customers that utilise all of the BCA services across the automotive marketplace."

He continued: “His experience of multi-site high volume operations, business development, customer services and working in competitive industries will be invaluable especially when supported by the strong team that already exists in Fleet solutions.
