WEX Europe Services has appointed Jason Stanton to the newly created role of customer services director and Mike Pawezowski as head of marketing.

Stanton will work closely with WEX Europe Services’ existing teams in key markets across Europe, to further build the company’s customer-centric approach and service delivery expertise.

WEX Europe Services’ managing director Malcolm Joyce said: “We’re pleased to welcome Jason to WEX Europe Services – his customer-first attitude and passion for people means that he is closely aligned with our ethos and values.

“Jason’s extensive experience in leading customer service initiatives across the world has resulted in his teams winning several accolades from industry bodies in recent years.”

With more than 20 years' experience, Stanton has been responsible for driving customer satisfaction at a number of technology brands, including Sky and O2, and will manage a team of 80 at WEX.

Stanton said: “The upcoming roll-out of additional services in key markets, such as breakdown cover and streamlined toll payments, will help to add value to the customer experience, ensuring fleet management is as seamless and rewarding as possible.

“Great customer service starts with great engagement, and I’m confident that with the wider European team, we can ensure that this mindset is at the heart of everything we do.”

In addition to Stanton’s appointment, WEX Europe Services is unveiling Mike Pawezowski as its new head of marketing.

Pawezowski, who is also a trained engineer, will be responsible for aligning these customer insights with the growth objectives of WEX Europe Services.
