BCA has been selected to support Ancaster Group’s used car programme.

The deal will see BCA support the South-East based dealer group with its remarketing programmes and its BCA Dealer Pro platform.

Ancaster Group has Nissan, Hyundai, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Jeep franchises across 14 locations in the South of England, employing more than 310 staff.

Stephen Wood, managing director of Ancaster Group, said: "BCA continues to invest in new technology and physical auction services to provide industry-leading support for our used car programme.

“BCA Dealer Pro helps to create efficiencies across our used car programme and create a real-time overview across all our sites at the push of a button."

The two-year remarketing programme will see over 4,000 vehicles sold in weekly sales, with all eligible vehicles to be sold under the BCA Assured scheme and complete with V5, and in many cases a service history and warranted mileage.

The vehicles will be available to BCA Live Online buyers as well as bidders in the auction hall.

BCA Dealer Pro will be deployed across the Ancaster Group network, ensuring each vehicle is appraised and valued using BCA’s cloud-based service.

The Dealer Pro scheme delivers dealer support services that aim to make the part-exchange process more efficient and profitable, with a dealer being able to fund and retail a part exchange at the touch of a button.

Alan Dyer, national account manager at BCA said: "Ancaster Group is an ambitious business that values the dedication the team at BCA bring to ensuring its used car programme is optimised.

“The last 12 months have seen sustained investment in decision intelligence services and new digital technology, like the new Buyer app, to make it easier than ever to do business with BCA."

Ancaster Group opened its first site in 1949.

BCA recently revealed that year-on-year, used car values continue to rise.
